These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase, download, and use of our proprietary software, specifically Aura HQ, Aura Nord, and MyBooking (collectively referred to as the "Software"). By purchasing or utilizing our Software, you signify your complete agreement to these terms.
1. Overview and Self-Hosted Infrastructure
Savvi Web provides premium digital tools designed to empower service-based businesses. It is essential to understand the architectural nature of the products we provide.
Crucial Technical Distinction: Aura and MyBooking are strictly self-hosted WordPress plugins. This means the Software is installed, executed, and maintained entirely on your own web servers and hosting infrastructure. Savvi Web does not host your website, does not store your customer data on our servers, and does not operate a centralized Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for these products.
Because you retain complete independence and 100% control over your hosting environment, server configuration, and data, you also retain full responsibility for the operational stability, security, and backup of your website.
2. Software Licensing
Upon purchase, Savvi Web grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on a specified number of WordPress installations.
- License Verification: Your license key provides access to automated updates and technical support. Keys are strictly for the purchaser and may not be shared, resold, or distributed to unauthorized third parties.
- Term Duration: Licenses are valid for the purchased term (e.g., 1 Year or 3 Years). Upon expiration, the Software will continue to function natively, but access to critical security patches, feature enhancements, and technical support will cease until the license is renewed.
3. Limitation of Liability & "As-Is" Provision
Due to the infinite variables present in self-hosted WordPress environments, Savvi Web cannot guarantee universal compatibility across all server configurations and third-party themes. Therefore, the Software is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
Under no circumstances shall Savvi Web, its developers, or its affiliates be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software. This explicitly includes:
- Operational Disruptions: Website downtime, server crashes, or conflicts with third-party themes (e.g., Elementor, Astra) or other active plugins.
- Data Integrity: Loss of database records, customer information, or booking data due to server failures or misconfigurations.
- Revenue Impact: Loss of revenue, missed appointments, or business interruption of any kind.
- Payment Gateways: Aura and MyBooking act solely as conduits, connecting your site to third-party payment processors like Stripe. We do not process or hold funds and accept absolutely no liability for failed transactions, chargebacks, or account suspensions initiated by your payment processor.
4. Technical Support
We are committed to the quality of our Software and provide dedicated technical support to customers holding an active, valid license key.
- Included Scope: Support covers assistance with initial installation, configuring built-in features, and resolving verified bugs within the unmodified Software core.
- Excluded Scope: We do not provide server administration, repair databases corrupted by external factors, resolve conflicts caused by highly customized themes, or provide bespoke CSS/PHP development services outside the scope of the plugin.
5. Refund Policy
We stand firmly behind the quality of our engineering. However, due to the nature of downloadable software, we require customers to verify that the product fits their specific technical environment. Our policies vary by product line:
- Aura HQ: Protected by a 30-Day Guarantee. If the software fails to function as advertised and our support team cannot resolve the technical fault, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase.
- Aura Nord: Protected by a 30-Day Guarantee. If the software fails to function as advertised and our support team cannot resolve the technical fault, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase.
- MyBooking: Protected by a 14-Day Guarantee. Valid refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds are explicitly not granted for renewals, upgrades, or instances where the customer simply changes their mind after downloading the proprietary code.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international software distribution laws. Any disputes arising from the use of Savvi Web products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts corresponding to Savvi Web's registered corporate entity.
